| Anna meets the stage as clown, acrobat, busker, singer, stilter, fire performer and otherworldly creature. From her nimble beginnings as a national gymnast in Toronto, Anna now practices aerial acrobatics on silks and trapeze. As a clown she has studied with, Helen Donnelley (Foo, Posey's Wig), Mike Kenard (Mump and Smoot) and Edith Tankus (Magpie Theatre). You can catch her from the parks and festivals of Toronto to the streets of Europe and beyond. She currently trains at the Centre of Gravity and appears regularly as part of the eclectic circus and buffoonery that is Lunacy Cabaret. Lady Peasblossom's Menagerie marks her first collaboration with the HerciniArts Studio. She thanks her follow fiends of furative festivity for their uncompromising commitment to the laughter and creativity in their hearts, minds and bodies. |
