This 4 week workshop series will run Tuesdays March 21-April 11 at 6-7:15pm with Emily Hughes at The Redwood Theatre in Toronto.

This course is designed for those who are brand new to aerial fabric or would like a refresher on the basics. Working from where we are, we’ll explore foundational movements from the ground, in a hammock or knot and various approaches to climbing the fabric. All bodies are welcome.
